Diamond pastes Regular
A safe bet. I will use diamond paste Regular (gold label) if I do not have sufficient information about the quality and hardness of the material. It stands out for its versatility, suitable for polishing tool steels, copper and aluminum alloys. Depending on the roughness of the surface, I proceed from pastes with a larger diamond fraction to finer ones until the desired result is achieved. A typical time for the polishing process of flat outer surfaces is around 1.2 min/cm2.
